Empathix Care provides person-centered support services designed to help individuals with disabilities live safely, independently, and meaningfully in their communities. We are a DHHS-licensed provider in Iowa offering services under the Intellectual Disability (ID) and Brain Injury (BI) waivers and Home-based Habilitation services.
